Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and Audrey Janse van Rensburg trading as PostPilot ("PostPilot", "we", "us"). [If you register a company, replace with: PostPilot (Pty) Ltd.] By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
PostPilot provides tools to create AI assisted social media content, plan campaigns, capture leads through link in bio pages and forms, and track marketing performance. Features vary by plan and may change as the product evolves.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person; Agency plans may include multiple workspaces as described at checkout.
3. Plans, billing and refunds
- Plans: Free ($0), Pro ($19 per month) and Agency ($49 per month), billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as merchant of record. Prices shown at checkout are final and may include applicable taxes.
- You can cancel at any time from your account or through Paddle; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds: we offer a 14 day money back guarantee on your first payment. After that, payments are non refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights, including under the South African Consumer Protection Act where it applies.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days notice before your next billing cycle.
4. AI generated content
Content produced by PostPilot is AI assisted draft material. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving anything before you publish it, and for ensuring it complies with the rules of the platform you post it to and with applicable law, including advertising and consumer protection rules. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, reach or business results.
You own the content you create with PostPilot. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service, such as storing your drafts and displaying them back to you.
5. Your data and your leads
Lead data you collect through PostPilot belongs to you. You warrant that you collect and use it lawfully, including obtaining any consent required to contact those people and honouring unsubscribe requests. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use PostPilot to: send spam or unlawful marketing; harass, defame, deceive or impersonate; infringe intellectual property; distribute malware; scrape, resell or reverse engineer the service; violate any social platform's terms; or attempt to breach our security or rate limits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do, with notice where reasonably possible.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may modify or discontinue features, giving reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue or lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for material breach of these terms. On closure we delete your data in line with the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will give at least 14 days notice of material changes by email or in the app. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the South African courts, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
